Folkstyle Season (November 4th – February 27th, 2026)

Join the NWO Wrestling Club for the upcoming Folkstyle Season, running from November 4th to February 27th. We offer dedicated training sessions for all levels, from 10U and beginners to Junior High and High School varsity athletes. The season cost is $640 per wrestler. Who Should Attend: 10U & Beginners, Middle school, high school, and aspiring collegiate wrestlers of all skill levels who are committed to year-round improvement and mastering crucial foundational techniques.
Curriculum: Includes intensive instruction on takedowns, breakdowns, transitions, chain wrestling, live wrestling, strength and conditioning, nutritional guidance, and recovery strategies.
